**Job Overview**

The Vehicle Workshop Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the vehicle maintenance workshop. This role involves coordinating a team of mechanics and technicians, managing workflows, ensuring safety standards, and maintaining quality control. The Vehicle Workshop Supervisor ensures that all vehicles are serviced and repaired effectively and efficiently, aligning with the company’s high standards and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Supervision & Management**:

- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of workshop staff, including mechanics and technicians.
- Assign work tasks, monitor performance, and ensure completion of all jobs in a timely manner.
- Schedule work to optimize team productivity and vehicle turnaround times.
- **Vehicle Maintenance & Repairs**:

- Ensure all vehicles are inspected, serviced, and repaired according to company and manufacturer standards.
- Oversee diagnostic procedures, fault finding, and testing to identify necessary repairs.
- Approve completed work, ensuring quality control and adherence to safety standards.
- **Inventory & Resource Management**:

- Manage parts inventory to ensure sufficient stock levels of commonly used components.
- Liaise with suppliers to source quality parts and materials cost-effectively.
- **Customer Service & Communication**:

- Communicate with the service team to understand customer requirements and provide status updates.
- Address customer complaints or concerns professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and time spent on each task.

Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and present regular reports on workshop performance, including productivity, quality, and safety metrics.
- Document maintenance schedules, repair histories, and vehicle performance data.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in vehicle maintenance, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes, diagnostic tools, and workshop safety practices.
- Proficiency in using workshop management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
