Parsons is seeking an amazingly talented **Project Coordinator**to join our team In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of infrastructure projects to ensure successful completion.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Project Coordination**:Manage the lifecycle of infrastructure projects, from initial planning to completion.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project alignment.
- **Documentation**:Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
- **Budget Management**:Assist in the preparation and monitoring of project budgets.
- **Compliance Monitoring**:Ensure all projects adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
- **Communication**:Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates and stakeholder inquiries.
- **Risk Management**:Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

**What Required Skills You’ll Bring**:

- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**:3 - 5 years of experience in infrastructure project coordination or management.
- **Technical Skills**:Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD).
- **Communication Skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- **Organizational Skills**:Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Problem-Solving**:Demonstrated ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions.
- **Certifications**:PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

**What Desired Skills You’ll Bring**:

- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and construction methodologies.
- Experience in public works or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to infrastructure design and construction.
