- Executive.
Job Location: Al Sadd, Doha, Qatar
Role and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate user onboarding on the company portal, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Update and manage customer interaction details systematically on the CRM platform.
- Address customer queries with professionalism and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
- Adapt to and learn the technology platform to better assist users.

- Strong organizational skills and a systematic approach to data management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
