Operations Training and Compliance Specialist

As an Operations Training and Compliance Specialist you are responsible in Supporting the Operations and other stakeholders in implementation of training strategy and execution of training operations plan. Manages a team of operations training and compliance professionals whilst developing and facilitating the delivery of training programs that cover a wide range of technical and non-technical programmes amongst all Operational departments. The incumbent ensures that all Operations staff are equipped with the required behavioural knowledge and technical skillsets to support the business in achieving objectives, while leading and designing audit and assurance programs to reinforce the compliance to and consistency in delivering the highest operational standards.
**Responsibilities**:
- Builds and develops a centralized Training and Compliance Management team across all Operations departments.
- Supports the Senior Manager - Operations in formulating overall Operations training strategies in both generic and specific training programs, targeting the vast majority of Operations staff.
- Leads the design and implementation of training operations plan to cover both initial trainings and refresher programs.
- Conducts gap analysis on existing training programs amongst all Operations departments against actual training requirements based on ever changing nature of operational dynamics.
- Ensures training strategies and delivery plans meet operational requirements based on gap analysis between “demand” and “supply”, and are value-added.
- Assists in Operations succession planning; designs and proposes development programmes for Operations management staff, with a balanced approach based on each individual’s job performance and development needs vis-à-vis the organization’s requirements.
- When required, facilitates training programs to the highest standards, using advanced adult learning and learner focused techniques.
- Leads the designing, development and refreshing of training materials and personnel development programs to ensure both the organization’s and the individuals’ needs are addressed.
- Sets specific and measurable training and development KPIs; produces monthly and ad hoc Learning and Development reports for better decision-making in further developing the training portfolio in collaboration with QACC HR - Training team.
- Leads the designing, development and implementation of compliance programs, including audits, safety and quality checks to be conducted on a daily basis.
- Provides adequate training to and monitors both the Compliance team and the rest of Operations Management team (Supervisors and above) in properly conducting compliance audits, accurately recording audit findings and facts, timely proposing corrective action plans (CAPs) and ensuring the subsequent implementation of the plans.
- Grows the training and compliance portfolio to include all Operations hierachy, from entry-level to department management.
- Ensures complete record keeping of training (attendance, assessment, qualification, refresher date, etc.) and compliance programs (audit, success/fail result, findings, CAPs, etc.) for all Operations department.
- Establishes and maintains an Operations SOP Library, to incorporate and safeguard all current, revised and furture SOPs for Operations departments.
- Ensures all SOPs are reviewed and updated by relevant stakeholders periodically or as required, due to changes in operating procedures.
- Establishes and maintains win-win professional relationship with Management and other stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- In close coordination with the HR Training Team, formulates and constructs a systematic approach in the design, updating, delivery, recording and tracking of all Operations training programs, and monitors the overall programs’ and individual program’s effectiveness.

Or Qatari Nationals: Bachelors Degree or Equivalent without Prior Experience.
