**JOB SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Health Innovations of America is hiring a full-time/part-time and contracted Mental Health Professional to provide **Clinical Supervision **to Behavior Therapist within our Behavioral Health & Autism Center (School Based and In-Home Services).
- Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with patients, families, co-workers, and other organizations.
- Provide professional services to a caseload of children affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder who are receiving therapeutic services.
- Recognize/evaluate abilities in supervisees, review assessments and treatment plans for accuracy and appropriateness, and review and approve the progress notes of recipients treated by the supervisee according to their supervision plan
- Provide psychotherapy to individuals and families
- Sensitivity and competence with addressing cross-cultural issues.
- Provide rehabilitative and skills-focused services to enable clients in basic living and social skills, community intervention, and transitioning to community living
- Establish personal recovery goals, rehabilitative goals, and objectives with clients
- Prepare individualized documentation for each session in a timely manner
- Coordinate services with case managers, families/guardians of clients, work personnel, medical personnel, and school staff, as appropriate

**WHAT YOU NEED**:

- PhD/Master and QHCP License to practice independently as a mental health professional as Licensed Clinical Psychologist
- Knowledge and experience with ABA services
- Ability to work with diverse populations.
- Experiences working in a Autism Center plus
- Experience Managing ABA center in Qatar a plus
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize workload
- Ability to work within a dynamic and continuously changing healthcare environment.
