We are seeking an experienced Automatic Door and Gate Systems Technician to install, maintain, repair, and service commercial and industrial automatic door systems, gate barriers, and automatic sliding gates, including push bar systems. The technician will be responsible for performing regular preventive, corrective, and planned maintenance to ensure the proper functioning of these systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain, and repair automatic door systems, gate barriers, and sliding gates.
- Conduct regular preventive and corrective maintenance and inspections to ensure systems are fully operational.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve electrical and mechanical issues in automatic door systems.
- Work with various brands independently, including Dorma, Assa Abloy, Geze, Tormax, Horton, Dortek, and others.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical data, and installation manuals.
- Install and service all types of door automation systems and dock levellers.
- Use power tools effectively and safely.
- Perform fault diagnosis and testing on automatic door and gate systems.
- Replace broken or worn parts as needed.
- Ensure compliance with site rules and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Work independently to complete tasks within set deadlines.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Certification or training from various vendors in automatic door systems.
- In-depth knowledge of automatic door systems, sensors, and relay systems.
- Solid understanding of material handling and automation.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent problem-solving, fault-finding, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to use a range of tools and equipment.
- Valid driving license.
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
