We are seeking a skilled and experienced Building Management System (BMS) Engineer to join our team. As a BMS Engineer, he will be responsible for designing, installing, maintaining, and optimizing BMS solutions for commercial, industrial, or residential buildings. You will collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver efficient and reliable building automation systems
- **Duties & Responsibilities, but are not limited to**:

- Design and develop BMS solutions tailored to the specific requirements of each project.
- Install, configure, and program BMS hardware and software components.
- Conduct thorough testing and commissioning of BMS systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot issues within BMS systems.
- Recommend and implement system upgrades or expansions to enhance performance.
- Provide training and technical support to building operators and maintenance staff.
- Implement energy management strategies to optimize energy usage and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in designing, installing, and maintaining BMS systems.
- Proficiency in BMS software platforms.
- Strong understanding of building automation protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, etc.).
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, control theory, and building codes/regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Energy Manager, LEED Accredited Professional) are a plus.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- BMS ENGINEER: 4 years (preferred)
