**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and deliver **comprehensive security training programs** for airport staff, including access control, screening, baggage handling, and emergency response procedures.
- Ensure training programs align with **international aviation security standards** (ICAO, IATA, etc.) and **local regulatory requirements**.
- Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of training sessions through assessments, reports, and follow-up sessions.
- Conduct **induction programs** for new recruits and periodic refresher training for existing employees.
- Coordinate with airport authorities, aviation security agencies, and internal stakeholders for up-to-date compliance and policy adherence.
- Maintain training records, certifications, and submit periodic training audits and reports to management.
- Deliver scenario-based drills and simulations to assess readiness and response effectiveness.
- Stay updated on **new threats, technologies, and procedures** in aviation security and adjust training content accordingly.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 5 years of experience** in a security training role, preferably in an airport or aviation security environment.
- **Training certifications** in security (e.g., AVSEC, ICAO, GCAA, IATA, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in **developing and delivering training modules** for diverse teams.
- Strong knowledge of **aviation security procedures, emergency protocols, and risk assessments**.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
