**Job Title**: ICU Doctor (Intensive Care Unit Physician)

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive medical care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnostics, and treatment plans for ICU patients.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as needed.
- Lead and participate in daily ICU rounds with the healthcare team.
- Perform emergency procedures, including intubation, resuscitation, ventilator management, and other life-saving interventions.
- Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patient families, providing updates and counseling as required.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, medical ethics, and regulatory standards in Qatar.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Participate in on-call duties, emergency response teams, and clinical audits.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Arabic nationality (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of ICU/critical care practice in Qatar (mandatory).
- Valid Qatar Medical License (QCHP) or eligibility for licensing.
- MD/MBBS degree with specialization in Critical Care, Internal Medicine, Anesthesia, or Pulmonology.
- Advanced certifications such as ACLS, BLS, and preferred FCCS.
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory; English communication skills will be an added advantage.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary ICU cases.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of Qatar healthcare regulations and hospital standards.

Pay: QAR35,000.00 - QAR50,000.00 per month
