**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach Qatar History to students in line with the Ministry of Education curriculum.
- Develop engaging lesson plans that encourage inquiry, discussion, and critical thinking.
- Integrate Qatar’s culture, heritage, and values into the teaching approach.
- Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and projects.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and maintain open communication with parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and teaching strategies.
- Participate in school events, cultural programs, and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain accurate student records and contribute to reporting as required.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in History, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Teaching qualification (e.g., B.Ed., PGCE, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of Qatari heritage, culture, and national identity.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage students of diverse backgrounds.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
