**ROLE PURPOSE**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Oversee and manage daily site activities related to finishing works, including tiling, marble, joinery, painting, plaster, gypsum ceilings, and related trades to ensure quality execution.
- Lead and coordinate all snagging and de-snagging processes, ensuring rectification of all defects prior to handover. Maintain snag lists and track completion progress.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all finishing works meet the required quality standards, material specifications, and project drawings.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve on-site issues and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Plan, schedule, and assign tasks to subcontractors and site teams. Monitor the progress of works to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Ensure timely availability and proper usage of finishing materials and tools. Verify material compliance with project requirements.
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports and assist in weekly and monthly reporting. Maintain documentation for snag works, material inspections, and work checklists.
- Ensure all site activities are conducted in accordance with local regulations, QHSE standards, and safety procedures. Proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Organize and assist in site inspections with engineers and consultants. Ensure all snag points are closed and the project is ready for client handover.
- Provide technical support and direction to foremen, chargehands, and workers. Conduct weekly meetings to discuss work schedules, challenges, and safety awareness.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with state/local codes, project specifications, and architectural design requirements.
- Actively resolve on-site technical issues and conflicts in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining work continuity and quality.
- Work closely with architects to implement approved design changes and ensure modifications are reflected on-site correctly.
- Prepare areas for consultant/client inspections and support audit activities to ensure finishing works are certified and accepted.
- Perform other related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the site/project management team.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in finishing supervision in building construction, preferably in Qatar or GCC countries.
- Strong knowledge of finishing materials, methods, and installation practices.
- Familiar with Qatar construction standards, codes, and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic project reporting tools.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- A valid Qatar driving license is a plus.
- Must have a valid QID and be available for immediate joining (preferred)
