We are Swan Global looking for Lead Technician cum driver for Doha Location. Please find job details below:
Experience required : min 5 years

10 hrs/ 6 days

Contract duration
- 3 to 6 months

**Key responsibilities.**
- Act as the Leader of the Installation & Maintenance Team.
- Attend daily work order & faults from the designated Supervisor.
- Contact the customer, fix an appointment band wise & reach the customer premises on time.
- Responsible for assigned Installation, Maintenance, Survey, Splicing, Laying cables & activation of services.
- Ensure SOP and HSE standards during installation and take approval with designated Supervisor or Quality team in case of any failures.
- Interprets various documents (i.e., work orders, site maps, daily report etc.) & ensure proper and amended services in the work order are installed using technical expertise.
- Update the comments in systems through FFA and Technical Support.
- All installation documents such as work order, material consumption, customer feedback, completion photos & pdf, technical issue reports should be filled and submitted to designated supervisor to be on daily basis.
- Update each status of work orders & faults to Supervisor on time.
- Ensure tools and materials are in good condition before proceeding to the site.
- Any damaged tools or materials should be returned to the store immediately & replace on same day with Supervisor approval.
- Maintain customer satisfaction with VOC.
- Driving license holder should drive, maintain & service the vehicle on time.
- Should collect and return the vehicle on a daily basis..
