**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of fire fighting and fire alarm systems according to manufacturer specifications and local regulations.
- Respond promptly to service calls and emergency situations to troubleshoot and resolve issues with fire fighting and fire alarm systems.
- Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components to ensure optimal functionality and safety of systems.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary parts and equipment for maintenance activities.
- Document all maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and replacements, in compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct training sessions for junior technicians and provide guidance on maintenance best practices.
- Stay updated on industry developments, new technologies, and regulations related to fire fighting and fire alarm systems.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance of fire fighting and fire alarm systems in Qatar.
- Qatar driving license is mandatory.
- UPDA and QCDD certifications are required.
- Strong knowledge of fire safety codes and regulations in Qatar.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose complex technical issues.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality maintenance services in a timely manner.
