Personal Secretary

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings
- Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Organize and coordinate travel itineraries, visas, hotel bookings, and transportation
- Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items
- Maintain proper filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval of documents
- Serve as the first point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle confidential documents with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
- Assist in personal errands and tasks as required
**Qualifications**:
- **Minimum 5 years of experience** as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role **in Qatar**:
- Excellent verbal and written **communication skills** in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field preferred
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach
