**Summary**:
The Lighting Engineer and Business Development focused on expanding our luxury lighting division. This role requires an individual with a strong technical background in lighting design and engineering, coupled with the ability to identify market trends and drive sales growth in high-end lighting solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
**Product Development & Technical Expertise**:

- Lead the technical analysis and design review of lighting solutions, ensuring compatibility with luxury interior settings.
- Conduct site evaluations and oversee installations, ensuring quality standards and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the design team to integrate innovative and energy-efficient lighting solutions that meet aesthetic requirements.

**Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify new market opportunities in the luxury lighting segment.
- Provide technical sales support and create customized lighting proposals for high-profile clients.
- Participate in showroom presentations and client meetings, demonstrating the unique features and benefits of our lighting products.

**Client & Project Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with designers, architects, and luxury homeowners to drive long-term partnerships.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and customer expectations are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on all technical aspects, offering expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Lighting Design, or related field.
- Proven experience in lighting engineering within the luxury or high-end market.
- Strong understanding of lighting technologies, Chandelier, including LEDs, smart lighting systems, and energy-efficient solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and present technical information effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with AutoCAD, DIALux, and other lighting design software.
- Experience in business development or sales within a luxury brand is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of high-end lighting trends and interior design aesthetics.
