IMMEDIATE HIRING - LAUNDRY MANAGER
- Any nationality - Male
- 35 and below (must be active)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as laundry manager
- 5 days a week - 8 hours plus 1 hr BT
- Work Location - different locations, Driver's license is a must
- Must have pleasing personality
- QID with NOC is preferred
- Acknowledged resignation letter is acceptable
- Visa holders are accepted as well
- immediate joining is preferred

JD:
1. Assisting Operation Manager to preparing annual Departmental Budget.

2. Prepare necessary reports and recommendations when required.

3. Record and monitor laundry cost.

4. Maintains an accurate and proper inventory of all stock and conduct monthly

inventory.

5. Prepare staff duty roster.

6. Assisting Operation Manager to organizing training for the staff.

7. Assisting Operation manager to hire and train new laundry staffs.

8. Supervises / delegates duties to all staff within the job scope and monitor the

daily staff productivity

9. Ensures accurate records of all staff areas are maintained i.e. sick leave, annual

vacation, monthly attendance, over time sheet, and days owed.

10. Overall controlling and supervision of the Plant.

11. Assisting Operation Manager to putting into operation the current system in the

field of Laundry operations.

12. Maintain washing, Dry Clean & Clean & another operations process with Service

Quality

13. Maintain cleanliness of the plant.

14. Maintain Laundry and dry clean formula for standard loads, recommend if any

changes required.

15. Following up Maintenance of all laundry equipment.

16. Co-ordinating with Maintenance team about their routine maintenance of the

equipment.

17. Assist Operation Manager to directs and co-ordinates overall activities of the

Laundry to achieve maximum efficiency and production.

18. Assist Operation Manager to Provide other duties and services.

19. Assist Operation manager to communicate and negotiate with Suppliers.

20. Following-up & Resolving Customer Complains.

21. Guide and assist supervisor for any delicate items and removing stubborn stains.
