Social Media & Content specialists contribute to the success of our social content through engaging and visually appealing content. You should have strong videography and editing skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail and creativity. You will be responsible for developing engaging and shareable content across various social media platforms. This role requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of social media trends.

**Responsibilities**:
Support the social media team with brainstorming for content & campaigns.

Support the team in developing a TikTok/Reels social strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy.

Create monthly content for our brands on Tiktok & Reels.

Be self-sufficient with creating storyboards, shooting, editing & producing your own content.

Keep your pulse on the latest TikTok/Reels and emerging platform trends and propose -weekly updates & ideas on how we can show up on these platforms.

Work together with the social team to understand performance and growth metrics to adjust creatives for optimizing posts.

Engage with social platforms followers and monitor conversations from the brand’s voice.

Work on Captions for Social Media posts & reply to DMs and comments

Regular site visits to our brands and on-ground presence.

Support with live coverages & shoots.

Exhibit knowledge in editing apps and good videography and photography skills (transitions, etc.).

Regularly visit different sites to capture authentic and compelling content that aligns with the company's brand and messaging.

**Salary**: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
