As a Camp Boss you will be responsible for the overall camp supervision. Work is performed independently within established policies and procedures under the general direction of the Administrative superior.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the camp workers are maintaining a healthy condition inside the accommodation by using the right cleaning and sterilizing.
- Responsible and accountable for Camps and facilities Management.
- Report workers staying in the camp/not reporting to duty on daily basis to Manager/ HR along with the valid reason on each case.
- Handle all Location of rooms for new coming workers. Keeping updated records of all labors staying in accommodation.
- Objective of ensuring the provision of robust camp management systems, acceptable living standards, properly delivered camp worker welfare and compliance with Qatar standards.
- Support the Camps Operations and Maintenance.

**Special Requirements**:

- Ability to supervise the work.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with people.
- Ability to deal with employees from multi-cultural backgrounds.
- Ability to maintaining records.
- Good communications skill in English.

**Education / Experience**:

- A High school diploma or equivalent with 5 years G.C.C experience related to this class of work.
- Preferable with a Qatar driving license.
