Presales Executive

RFQ and Proposal Preparation:
Prepare comprehensive and competitive Requests for Quotation (RFQs) based on client requirements and specifications, either received from the client or from the sales team.
Support in developing detailed proposals outlining our offerings, pricing, and terms through Zoho CRM.
Ensure all documentation is accurate, professional, and tailored to each client.
Proposal Tracker Management:
Maintain and update the proposal tracker to ensure all proposals are accurately logged and tracked.
Record relevant information, including client feedback, proposal status, and submission dates.
Client Follow-Up:
Follow up with clients to obtain updates on proposal statuses and update the status in Zoho.
Communicate effectively and professionally to address any client inquiries or concerns.
Provide timely updates to the internal team on client feedback and proposal status.
Zoho Updates:
Accurately log all comments, updates, and client interactions in Zoho.
Ensure all data entered in Zoho is current, comprehensive, and reflects the latest interactions and proposal statuses.
Generate reports from Zoho as required for internal reviews and meetings.
Cold Calling:
Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our services and identify opportunities and log the calls in Zoho with the comments.
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to gather information and assess their needs.
Document outcomes of cold calls and follow up with leads as necessary.
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- presales or sales support role.: 2 years (preferred)

- English (preferred)
