Doha, Qatar Inspire Management Training Center Full time

To ensure the highest standard of overall cleanliness of assigned areas of the hotel. To ensure that the overall housekeeping operation runs efficiently. To assist with rosters, training, purchasing, inventory and control of all housekeeping related items. Additionally the Accommodation Supervisor is responsible for associate morale; guest focused hospitality, achieving budgetary goals, and interdepartmental relations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Coordinate with HR Department regarding the accommodation requirements for newly arriving associates.
- Ensure that all new associate are shown around the associate accommodation & the starter pack is been prepared for them prior to their arrival.
- Ensure the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the associate accommodation is maintained by carrying out regular spot checks.
- Ensure that accommodation rules are adhered to by all associates.
- Maintain files on all apartments to include full apartment inventory, maintenance records and loss/damage reports.
- Ensure that full housing inventories are checked prior to the departure of any associates.
- Assist in the positing / clearing of notice boards as & when required.
- Assist in the airport pick up of arriving employee and sending of departing employee.

QUALIFICATIONS,EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Level of Education Vocational education Areas of study Hospitality Professional experiences 3 to 5 years Languages essential English
- Good interpersonal skills, guest & employee oriented and service minded
- Team spirit
- Good listening skills and ability to anticipate
- Empathy with ability to see from all sides
- Fluent in the English both oral and written
