**Job Summary**:
The Operations Manager - Soft Services, Hospitality & Workforce Management is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of soft services, including housekeeping and hospitality-related services. Additionally, this role involves managing a professional workforce, including both skilled and non-skilled manpower, ensuring efficient deployment, productivity, and high-quality service delivery. This role ensures the highest standards of cleanliness, customer service, and efficiency while managing teams and vendor relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage soft services operations, including housekeeping, janitorial services and guest relations.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer service in line with company policies and client expectations.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional hospitality services.
- Manage a diverse workforce, including skilled and non-skilled personnel, ensuring proper recruitment, training, and workforce planning.
- Monitor service contracts and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Develop budgets, control costs, and optimize resources for operational efficiency.
- Ensure proper staffing levels and workforce management for seamless operations.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback, implementing improvements where necessary.
- Report on performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in soft services, hospitality, facilities management, and workforce management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple service areas effectively.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance regulations.
- Experience in managing skilled and non-skilled manpower effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational software.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Experience working in hotels, corporate offices, or large-scale hospitality operations.
- Understanding of contract management and vendor negotiations.
- Proven track record in improving service delivery and operational efficiencies.
- Experience in workforce planning and labor management.
