**Job Summary**:
The **Night Duty Manager** is responsible for overseeing operations and ensuring safety, security, and guest satisfaction during nighttime hours. This role serves as the senior point of contact for staff and guests overnight, addressing any issues that arise and maintaining smooth, professional service standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and support overnight staff, ensuring all departments operate efficiently.
- Respond promptly to guest/client needs and handle complaints with professionalism and discretion.
- Ensure security protocols are followed and handle emergencies or incidents according to company policy.
- Perform nightly audits (e.g., financial reconciliations, reports) if applicable.
- Monitor building systems, cleanliness, and maintenance issues, reporting or resolving problems as needed.
- Maintain clear communication with daytime management and departments

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a 24/7 environment.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations.
- Basic IT and administrative skills; familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus.

**Work Environment**:

- Overnight hours; may include weekends and holidays.
- May involve prolonged periods of walking or standing.
- Potential exposure to emergencies or conflict situations requiring immediate response.
