**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operational Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets within the cluster to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Implement and monitor SOPs across all locations to maintain brand standards.
- Optimize service workflows, kitchen operations, and inventory management.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality regulations (e.g., HACCP).

**Performance Monitoring**:

- Set and monitor KPIs for sales, customer service, food quality, and overall performance for each outlet.
- Conduct regular site visits to evaluate operational standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze reports on sales, customer feedback, and operational costs to drive improvements.

**Team Leadership**:

- Lead, mentor, and develop outlet managers and their teams to foster a high-performance culture.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance staff skills in customer service, F&B standards, and compliance.
- Manage staffing needs, including recruitment, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

**Customer Experience**:

- Ensure exceptional customer experiences by maintaining high standards in food quality, presentation, and service.
- Address and resolve escalated customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

**Financial Management**:

- Develop and manage budgets for each outlet to meet profitability targets.
- Monitor expenses, reduce wastage, and implement cost-control measures.
- Work with the finance team to prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts.

**Marketing and Promotions**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Identify opportunities to boost sales and revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and menu optimization.
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive.

**Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure all outlets comply with local regulations, including food safety, labor laws, and licensing.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement among teams.

**Coordination and Collaboration**:

- Act as a liaison between outlet managers and senior management to ensure alignment on goals.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure consistent availability of ingredients and supplies.
- Work with HR, finance, and marketing teams to support operational needs and strategic initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in F&B operations management, including multi-unit or cluster management roles.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage diverse teams.
- Comprehensive knowledge of F&B industry trends, standards, and best practices.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and P&L management.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in operational software and tools, such as POS systems.
- Familiarity with HACCP and other food safety standards.
