We are looking for a **Senior Digital Solutions Product Owner**for one of our clients with the following details:
**Location: Doha, Onshore**

**Start Date: ASAP**

**End Date: 31/05/2027**

**Work status: Single, resident**

Qualification and Experience Required:

- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field such as applied mathematics, engineering, or computer science, or any technology related field
- 10 years direct exposure to oil & gas operations
- 5 years experience managing projects
- Experience in a multi-cultural environment
- Experience managing cross-functional projects

Competencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to convey technical messages to non-technical departments and personnel leading to positive collaborations and the overall improvement of business performance

- Practical knowledge of real-time process data flows and systems (SCADA, historians)
- Experience in scripting (Python, SQL, etc.) and developing reports or dashboards (PowerBI, SSRS, Spotfire, Tableau, etc.) a plus
- Project experience with MS Project and proficient in MS Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook: MS Visio experience a plus

General understanding of process control systems (HMI and historization):

- Vendors: ABB, Siemens, Yokogawa
- PLCS
- OsiSoft PI DA

HSE
- Promote a safety culture within the team, including company safety initiative such as Incident Free and the HSE Golden Rules.
- Raise awareness in company and external stakeholders of Flare gas emissions and energy efficiency and promote a positive image or company as a responsible operator.
- Manage any actions arising from internal or external audits pertaining to the team's scope and close out in required time frame.

Day-to-Day Support
- Ensure good practices are followed in the implementation of change requests and bug fixes
- Train end users and provide specific guidance on product functionalities
- Be site support oriented and perform regular offshore visits

Product Development
- Develop and update roadmap into an official plan
- Promote product utilisation
- Conduct value estimation, value tracking for various use cases
- Provide management with visibility on product development progress and achievements
- Review enhancements and new implementation to ensure fitness for purpose
- Define and track development project plans, resources and budgets
- Define implementation methodology to achieve the best outcome for the product
- Implement and monitor adequate product support model

Data Governance
- Validate asset model and master data changes and ensure auditability of changes

Ensure functional specifications are validated by relevant Data Stewards so as to:

- Decrease effort spent in data mining and verification
- Enhance decision making and reporting processes
- Allow data traceability and auditability
- Retain and migrating the required historical data
- Maintain data accessibility and confidentiality

Functional Expertise on Data Visualisation and Analytics
- Assist the business throughout the implementation of new systems during all project phases: SOR, screening solutions, design, build, data migration, test, roll-out and change management
- Lead innovation by exploring, investigating, recommending and benchmarking technologies
- Technically design the data structure to allow the business to understand and consume production data and report it to internal and external stakeholders
- Drive the gradual integration of in-house built dashboards into IS-supported data visualisation tools
- Expose data via standard in et hods to support decision making and data quality control activities
- All staff must be willing to participate in crisis response training and to assist during emergency response situations if required.
