**Now Hiring: Country Manager - Car Wash Operations (Qatar)**

We’re a UAE based company, headquartered in Dubai expanding and looking for an experienced and driven **Country Manager** to lead our Car Wash business operations across **Qatar**.

**Role Overview**:
As the **Country Manager**, you'll take full ownership of our car wash operations in Qatar. You will be responsible for setting up and managing multiple locations, leading teams, optimizing performance, and ensuring top-tier customer service across the board.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations and full business activities across Qatar.
- Build, manage, and motivate high-performing operational teams.
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
- Manage budgets, P&L, procurement, and cost controls.
- Lead expansion plans including new site development and partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Report to senior leadership and contribute to strategic decisions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven leadership experience in operations.
- Strong business acumen with excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Team player with the ability to lead diverse teams across multiple locations.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Based in Qatar or willing to relocate.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
