| Protection Engineer - B.tech/BE & UPDA

| Engineers should have a minimum qualification of UPDA certification

| Should have experience working in Qatar and should be aware about Km regulations

| Practical site work experience in testing and commissioning of HV ,LV Switch gears, transformers, relay control panels, Motors, capacitor Banks, ATS panel etc

| Should be responsible for leading document reviews related to the commissioning program, construction site inspections and system testing.

| Should have sound knowledge and capable to handle the specialized testing services for all the substation assets.

| Should be responsible for the activities related to the services providing by the team.

| Should have enough experience in trouble shoots for the related fields.

| Protection Engg. shall be having to get the LOA approval from Kahramaa to Carry out the Preventive, Corrective & Breakdown maintenance of HV Equipment in substation P3. (That carry extra credentials)

| Protection engineer should have enough experience & skill for any programming / configuring / modifying the protection settings, control settings, etc. of the equipment’s used in substations & other systems.

| Engineers shall contribute towards the achievement of electrical effectiveness and quality of services. Engineers shall implement switching operation and maintenance program for 11kv & 0.415kv substation equipment.

| Engineers shall able to rectify the communication issues with SCADA systems.

**KEY COMPETENCIES**
| | Engineers shall prepare and submit the switching program to COMPANY for approva

| Prepare and maintain records of site observations, testing processes and checklists.

| Should have enough experience to handle the major Testing equipment E.g. Omicron.

| Good communication skills, experience of RCA & abnormalities report preparation.
