**Job Main Purpose**

To be responsible oversees all operations of the warehouse includes vehicles and fixed assets. Issue reports to the fleet coordinator and follow up the performance of the warehouse's personnel.

**Duties and Tasks**:
**Warehouse & Logistical Management**
- Supervising receiving, storage, distribution of vehicles.
- Receive the purchased vehicles equipment’s goods and monitor the quality/quantity.
- Manage vehicle rental requests, as per the needs.
- Manage and maintain the stocks and assets records and assets disposal (mobile devices, laptops, land phones, equipment’setc.).
- Update the accounts department with the assets/stocks lists and records.
- Prepare and provide assets/stocks reports to the concerned people on monthly basis or whenever required.
- Setting up layout and ensure efficient space utilization
- Works closely with the purchasing department to ensure on time deliveries of request orders
- Hand over the vehicles s to the sales team and receive the returns

**Asset Management**
- Prepare monthly fuel reports and submit to management on a timely basis
- Keep tracks of fuel level for replenishment
- Conduct weekly and monthly spot check of assets.

**Personnel Management**
- Supervise, evaluate, and train employees assigned to warehouse.

**Inventory Management**
- Conducts monthly physical counting of stocks and submit inventory reports on a monthly basis
- Monitors the accuracy of inventory records vs. actual and physical count

**Safety Management**
- Initiate and maintain proper and necessary safety and fire prevention equipment within warehouse
- Correct unsafe conditions in work area and report any conditions that are not correctable to supervisor immediately.

Pay: QAR1.00 per month
