**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist in production coordination, and/or in the planning, organization and documentation of projects.
- Oversee and coordinate project work; interpret plans & schedules to anticipate conflicts, coordinate and conduct meetings with affected parties, and oversee inspection and documentation of project work.
- Assist in the coordination and tracking of project submittals.
- Conduct analyses and prepare technical studies and reports.
- Study tender project (Specification, drawings, specifications, BOQ, tender circulars) Rate build up for dry cost item
- Attend Site visit and pre bit meeting
- Re valuation of submitted tender for revised offer submission
- Prepare the break down for tender cost BOQ merger item
- Prepare The Quantity for material order on site
- Prepare the RFQ to be out to sub‐contractors and Suppliers

**Other Requirements**:

- Minimum of 10 years of similar role / experience
- Thorough experience and knowledge in Woodworking / Joinery Production

**Mandatory Requirements**
- Degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Engineer
