We offer various innovative products, ranging from interactive kiosks to VR experiences. We are looking for a dynamic and highly strategic UI & UX Designer to join our team in Qatar.

**Job Purpose**:
The UI & UX Designer (Qatar) is responsible for researching, designing, and implementing user experiences that align with our brand standards and client needs. This role involves creating intuitive, visually engaging digital interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and drive engagement. The designer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all digital products and tools deliver seamless, impactful user experiences as Futad continues to expand its operations

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research and gather insights to understand target audiences and their needs.
- Analyze user behavior, feedback, and market trends to inform design decisions.
- Create intuitive and visually appealing UI designs for digital products, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize user journeys and interface functionality.
- Design and implement all aspects of the user experience, from initial interaction to final handoff, ensuring a seamless journey across all digital touchpoints.
- Create and maintain a cohesive design system and style guide to ensure visual consistency and streamline design processes across projects and teams.
- Regularly research and integrate new UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, adapting designs to remain innovative and competitive within the industry.
- Make continuous improvements to designs based on user testing results, analytics, and stakeholder input to ensure optimal functionality and user satisfaction.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
- Strong skills in conducting user research, analyzing behavior, and interpreting feedback to inform design decisions.
- Experience creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups to visualize user flows and interface functionality.
- Skilled in designing intuitive user journeys that align with both brand guidelines and user needs.
- Demonstrated ability to design visually appealing and brand-consistent interfaces, ensuring adherence to style guides and cohesive design systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and other cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating design concepts and user experience rationale.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred; a master's degree is advantageous for deeper expertise.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to facilitate smoother communication with developers and an understanding of design feasibility.
