Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets of **QAR 40,000**.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in printing, packaging, and related services.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates to management.
- Lead client negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to promote services.
- Work closely with the operations and production teams to ensure client satisfaction and service quality.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in sales (preferably in printing, packaging, or corporate gifting industry).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Must hold a **valid Qatar Driving License** and own a personal car (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Qatar market preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

- **Fixed Salary**: QAR 4,000 per month (linked to achieving sales targets).
- If the monthly sales target of **QAR 40,000** is **achieved**, full salary of QAR 4,000 will be paid.
- If the target is **not achieved**, only QAR 1,000 will be paid.
- **High Sales Commission**: Attractive commission structure based on achieved sales revenue.
- No accommodation, transportation, or fuel allowance provided.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
