**Job Purpose**:
To manage and oversee the civil maintenance and fabrication works of facilities including structural repairs, renovation, and metal/steel work across residential, commercial, or industrial properties, ensuring safety, quality, and timely execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and execute civil maintenance and fabrication tasks including plastering, masonry, painting, welding, and structural repairs.
- Inspect sites regularly and conduct preventive maintenance for buildings and infrastructure.
- Ensure quick response and rectification of breakdowns or maintenance requests from clients.
- Plan and schedule daily activities of civil and fabrication teams including technicians, welders, and masons.
- Manage the preparation and fabrication of metal structures (grills, handrails, gates, etc.) as per design.
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of drainage, tiling, roofing, and building finishes.
- Ensure that all work is carried out safely and complies with company HSE policies.
- Prepare and maintain reports including daily work progress, material usage, and manpower allocation.
- Coordinate with suppliers for material procurement and ensure cost-effective usage.
- Support technical inspections, audits, and corrective action plans.

**Requirements**:

- 5-7 years of experience in Facility Management, with a strong background in civil maintenance and fabrication works.
- Knowledge of civil structures, welding/fabrication methods, and finishing works.
- Excellent troubleshooting and repair capabilities.
- Ability to manage a team of technicians and sub-contractors.
- Strong knowledge of HSE procedures in facility environments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (mandatory).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CAFM software is a plus.
- Good communication and reporting skills.

**Job Type**: Permanent
