Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the firm's mission and strategic vision
- Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives
- Ensure our hiring, onboarding and management procedures are effective for diverse groups
- Evaluate training and development programs
- Analyze the effectiveness of our HR procedures and tools
- Develop HR policies
- Implement and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Managing the recruitment and selection process
- Insuring data confidentiality for required HR matters
- Managing HR files and database
- Preparation of HR documents, files, templates etc
- Implement any changes in organizational structure, workflow and communication as approved by superiors
- Manage employee complaints and related communication
- Manage all employee work-relevant personal documents, onboarding and offboarding employees, remuneration or any other request approval
