You will be responsible for complete day to day operational control of the assigned project, to achieve the best results and profitability.
- Ensure that all new associate is shown around the associate accommodation & the starter pack is been prepared for them prior to their arrival.
- Ensure the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the associate accommodation is maintained by carrying out regular accommodation checks.
- Ensure that accommodation rules are adhered to by all employees.
- Maintain files on all accommodation to include full apartment inventory, maintenance records and loss/damage reports.
- Assist in the positing / clearing of notice boards as & when required.
- Coordinate with HR Department regarding the accommodation requirements for newly arriving employee.
- Ensure that accommodation rules are adhered to by all employees.
- Coordinate with Operation Manager & concerned personnel for smooth & effective functioning of IFM International unit.
- Implement company policies; take necessary disciplinary actions as and when required.
- Ensure that all new associate is shown around the associate accommodation & the starter pack is been prepared for them prior to their arrival.
- To ensure that requirements related to Food Safety (ISO 22000:2018), Quality Management (9001:2015) and HSE (ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018) are implemented and maintained within the department.
- You will be responsible to address all communications on day-to-day basis and carry out all internal & external written communication with staff / operations.
- Maintain open and positive communication with subordinates and junior staff. Work as a team with positive attitude and conduct yourself in a professional manner
- In addition to above, you to carry out responsibilities assigned by your immediate Superiors related to operations in accordance with Company’s Policies & Procedures and any applicable state and Qatar Laws.

**Salary**: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
