**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert hair cutting, coloring, styling, hair treatments, and hair extension services.
- Train and mentor junior stylists and new hires, helping them to develop their skills and grow in their careers.
- Develop and deliver training sessions on the latest hair trends, techniques, and best practices.
- Evaluate and provide feedback on team members’ skills and performance, offering guidance for improvement.
- Promote and sell high-quality hair care retail products to clients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Build strong client relationships and provide personalized consultations to ensure satisfaction with each service.

**Qualifications**:

- More than 5 years of experience as a Hairdresser in a high-end salon, with a strong portfolio in hair cutting, coloring, and styling.
- Previous training or mentoring experience is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients and colleagues.
- Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and manage time efficiently.
- Passion for teaching and staying current with the latest industry trends and techniques.

**Experience**:
