As a Site Coordinator at Hamilton Aquatics, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our swimming programmes. You’ll manage day-to-day site operations, lead a team of passionate swim teachers, and ensure that our high standards of customer service and satisfaction are consistently met. Your focus will be on optimizing site performance, retaining happy customers, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

**Job Purpose**:

- To manage and deliver Hamilton Aquatics Learn to Swim programme on the allocated site.

**Key Objectives**:

- Deliver in line with the Hamilton Aquatics philosophy and Hammy’s Learn to Swim criteria
- Manage the site effectively with continuous communication and a high level of customer service with the primary focus on customer retention and customer happiness at the site
- Ensure maximum optimisation of the site through class utilisation, class availability and timetabling so the site and area target can be met
- Organise marketing activities for the site under the guidance of the Marketing Manager
- Assist in the stakeholder management of the school with the assistance of the Operations Assistant and Area Manager
- Represent Hamilton Aquatics in a professional and positive manner at all times, adhering to the company values.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- SEQ Level 2 Teaching Swimming Qualification
- RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers and Coaches (NRASTC)

**Desired Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience delivering lessons to a range of abilities
- Proven experience in a related field with administration, recruitment and KPI responsibilities

- High-level IT skills including using a customer relationship management system (CRM)
- Customer service and relationship management skills
- Maintaining confidentiality
