Andaz Doha is about creating a vibrant luxury lifestyle hotel experience woven into the fabric of the local culture, fueling our guests’ creativity and inspiring them to express their unique style and passions. **Duties and responsibilities related to the Revenue Manager role**: - Provide revenue accounting leadership and business best practices to the hotel. - Ensure effective information gathering and analysis is conducted to identify and maximize all opportunities and mitigate any risks - Integrate with other functions to maximize our guests, owners, and shareholder expectations - Provide expertise and guidance to maximize occupancy and revenue generation through recommended pricing strategies and inventory management - Review distribution channel strategies and provide efficient guidance - Monitor and maintain the highest level of rate parity across channels - Actively participate in the review of the Hotels’ annual budget and strategy plans - Review monthly forecast room, events, and other revenue streams with the Hotel Leadership Committee - Work with Digital, Loyalty Program, Analytics, and other Marketing Departments to ensure that all opportunities to increase RevPar are maximized **Qualification**: - Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Strategic Marketing, Hospitality, or Tourism management.
