A Service Delivery Personnel and Competency Coordinator will ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery, and contract adherence. You’ll ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short
- and long-term revenue and profit opportunities. You’ll coordinate job activities to ensure execution in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.
As a Service Delivery Personnel and Competency Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring flawless execution by coordinating field personnel resources according to the activity requirements (short, mid and long term), personnel competence levels and personnel availability
- Balancing resource demand across their area and the wider region
- Monitoring and Optimizing personnel utilization whilst minimizing overtime
- Assigning crews to jobs and initiated coordinate mobilization and de-mobilization
- Developing the training and competence strategies, creating development plans, coordinating competence assessment, and monitoring progression and training compliance
**Fuel your passion**
**To be successful in this role you will**:
- Have a Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Have minimum of 5 years of field experience or operations coordination for services in Oil and Gas industry
- Have Pressure Control/ Subsea background is preferred
