**About Taqnia**

A small team in Qatar, running the company with hard work and dedication. Our team is made of a projects manager, three digital marketing specialists and three operations team and a photographer. The design and technical team are operating online and the digital marketing specialists will communicate with them online.

Working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Friday and Saturday are off days.
We are located in AlSadd, Doha City.

**Your Requirements**:
**Must be an Arabic Speaker**

**Have a resident permit in Qatar under family sponsorship**

Experience in social media management and running promotion campaigns.

Preferably has a car.

**Detailed job description and duties**
- Plan, execute and track all digital marketing plans and activities for Taqnia Creative Agency and clients.
- Observe and check insights for all online presence for Taqnia Creative Agency and clients.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing platform updates and implement changes on Taqnia online presence and how does this changes affect Taqnia’s online presence and all associated clients.
- Plan our and client’s digital marketing activities over time and suggest changes whenever needed.
- Running google ads for clients, monitor them, check keywords quality and update as needed.
- Performing all duties related to social media marketing and management for Taqnia Agency and our clients:

- Creating consistent, meaningful content on social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, and promoting social media campaigns.
- Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance.
- Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts for clients and keep them updated with recent changes on engagement, followers and ads.
- Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
- The specialist should also monitor site metrics, respond to comments, and oversee creative design.
- Will coordinate with the designer online to work on the designs according to the marketing plan and direction.
- Will post the designs using the scheduling systems.
- Will work on planning the ads strategy and run ads on the related platforms.
- Will monitor the social media analytics and correct when necessary.
- Will manage the page during the period, respond to clients inquires, messages and comments.
- Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
- To attend online training offered by the company.
- Write content for clients, and taqnia works including posts, ads, company profiles, brochures etc with the help of the team.
- Any other duties related to digital marketing as needed by the company.

Reporting to digital marketing manager and receiving tasks from the projects coordinators.
