**Key Responsibilities**

**Project Planning and Strategy**:

- Develop a comprehensive project plan that outlines project goals, timelines, resources, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Formulate project strategies and methodologies to ensure efficient project execution, risk mitigation, and adherence to industry best practices.
- Work closely with stakeholders to align project objectives with organizational goals and ensure buy-in from all parties involved.

**Project Execution and Management**:

- Oversee all aspects of the project's implementation, including procurement, resource allocation, and subcontractor management.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively implement corrective actions to keep the project on track.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards throughout the project's lifecycle.

**Team Leadership and Collaboration**:

- Lead and inspire the project team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, enabling their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, procurement, and finance, to streamline project workflows and achieve optimal project outcomes.

**Budget and Cost Management**:

- Develop and manage project budgets, regularly monitoring expenditures and ensuring cost control measures are in place.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality or safety standards.

**Client and Stakeholder Relations**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong and positive relationships throughout the project's lifecycle.
- Provide regular project updates to clients and stakeholders, addressing any concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.

**Risk Assessment and Mitigation**:

- Conduct thorough risk assessments, identifying potential project risks, and developing mitigation plans.
- Implement measures to minimize project risks and ensure a safe working environment for all project personnel.

**Education and Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Project Director/ Head role in large-scale infrastructure and utilities construction projects, with a minimum of 25 years of relevant experience.
- Experience handling Ashghal projects.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related field. Master's degree, MMUP & PMP certification preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of construction methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively lead diverse project teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks efficiently.
- Must have valid qatar id and able to join immediate.
