**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced **F&B Service Senior Waiter** to lead our restaurant and banquet service team. In this key role, you will ensure exceptional dining experiences while mentoring junior staff and maintaining our high service standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
✔ Lead service operations in restaurant and banquet venues
✔ Train and supervise junior wait staff in service protocols
✔ Coordinate with chefs and managers for seamless event execution
✔ Manage VIP guest service with personalized attention
✔ Oversee table setups, mise-en-place, and station assignments
✔ Handle complex guest requests and resolve service issues
✔ Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
✔ Monitor and maintain service equipment inventory
✔ Implement upselling strategies to enhance revenue

**Requirements**:
✔ Minimum **5 years** of F&B service experience in **luxury hotels/upscale restaurants**
✔ Proven experience in **banquet operations and large-scale events**
✔ **Fluent English** (additional languages are a plus)
✔ Extensive knowledge of **fine dining service techniques**
✔ Strong leadership and team mentoring abilities
✔ Excellent wine and beverage knowledge
✔ Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
✔ Impeccable grooming and professional presentation
