Establishes production standards of efficiency, minimize wastage and maximize utilization of resources (machines, raw material and manpower).
- Coordinate with Operations and Sales Manager to plan production capacities according to sales projections.
- Establish quality control standards and procedures and also ensure strict adherence to those standards.
- Supervise production processes to ensure implementation of company standards.
- Prepares employees safety procedures and makes sure that these procedures are enforced.
- Check daily production report and prepare monthly reconciliation report to present it to the Management, detailing the production output, scrap wastage, so as to strategize the increase of production for coming month.
- Optimize the cutting of steel with maximum use of offcuts to reduce wastage.
- Direct/In-Direct Co-ordination with the Client also with sub-contractor by checking the drawings and provide feedback.
- Regular contact with the site engineers and Quality Assurance team.
- All other duties as assigned by the Management.

**Salary**: From QAR6,500.00 per month

- Steel production and planning: 5 years (required)
