**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and create fresh flower bouquets, centerpieces, and floral displays for daily sales and special events.
- Maintain the freshness, quality, and longevity of floral stock through proper care and handling.
- Support in the setup and breakdown of floral arrangements for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate floral arrangements while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the floral workspace and tools.
- Collaborate with team members to meet client expectations and shop goals.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 3-4 years of experience** in floral design or a related role.
- Strong sense of creativity and design aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including **weekends and holidays** as required.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and handling flowers and supplies.

**Preferred Skills**
- Familiarity with **current floral trends** and seasonal design styles.
- Basic knowledge of floral supplies, tools, and **balloon arrangements**.
- Experience with **event and wedding floral installations** is a strong advantage.
