Front Desk Receptionist

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and take messages as needed.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members effectively.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism before distribution.
- Maintain the front desk area in a neat and orderly fashion.
- Provide support for administrative tasks as needed, contributing to overall office efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service experiences.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar customer support role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic computer operations.
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities.
- Experience as consultancy receptionist is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
