**Position**:Spot Rental Sales Agent**
**Industry**: Car Rental

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell car rental services to walk-in customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide detailed information about rental terms, vehicle options, and pricing.
- Upsell additional services such as insurance, GPS, and other add-ons.
- Process rental agreements and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns during the rental process.
- Manage the rental fleet to ensure vehicles are available and in good condition.
- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and payments.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the rental team.
- Assist with inventory control and vehicle inspections.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 3 years of experience working in a rent-a-car company.
- Valid Qatar ID (QID).
- Must be able to join immediately.
- Ability to provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your current employer.
- Strong sales skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of car rental software and operations is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
