**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and coordinate the recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives.
- Knowledgeable in a LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster (foundit), Indeed and other job portals.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants in-person and phone ; analyzing responses; verifying references and background checks; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Following up on the interview process status and completing timely reports on employment activity
- Experience in issuing inquiries to overseas foreign recruiting agencies.
- Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations.
- Maintaining relationships with both local and overseas agents to ensure workforce goals are achieved.

**Qualifications**
- Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in recruitment.
- Excellent communication Skills - English ( Verbal and Written).
- The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
- Experience with recruitment processes and databases/MS Office.
- Extensive recruiting experience, especially Crewing for Marine Vessels.
