As a Part-Time Swimming Coach at Fitness Factory, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality swimming instruction to children, babies, beginners, and older adults. Your primary responsibility will be to create a safe, engaging, and effective learning environment for our diverse clientele.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide swimming instruction to children, babies, beginners, and older adults.
- Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to the needs and skill levels of individual students.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all swimmers during lessons.
- Monitor and evaluate students' progress, providing constructive feedback and encouragement.
- Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere in and out of the pool.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to enhance the overall swim program.
- Address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications**:

- Certification in Swimming Coaching or Lifeguarding (preferred).
- Proven experience in teaching swimming to various age groups.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be available to work part-time, with flexibility for different time slots.
