As the business expands, we are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to be part of Qatar Airways Cargo Operations Team in Doha as a Cargo Procedures Officer.

**About the role**

In this role you will be responsible in shaping and enforcing operational standards across our global cargo network. This position is central to ensuring compliance, driving operational excellence, and upholding the highest levels of safety, security, and quality.

**As part of your role, your responsibilities will be inclusive of, but not limited to the following**:

- Create, revise, and implement cargo manuals and operational procedures in alignment with Qatar Airways policies and IATA regulations.
- Issue notifications for operational and regulatory changes, and ensure documentation is current within the Qatar Airways Corporate Document Management System (CDMS).
- Develop and manage cargo checklists, forms, labels, and other materials to meet regulatory and operational requirements
- Provide guidance to stations and network teams on documentation related queries and ensure consistent understanding of procedures.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing and dispatching required documents and materials to relevant stations.
- Oversee procurement and distribution of cargo stationery and regulatory manuals, coordinating with suppliers and internal departments.
- Assist in operational disruptions and emergency situations, contributing to the Qatar Airways Special Assistance Program.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of job-related experience.
- Proven Knowledge of general and special cargo handling, safety management system
- Proven Knowledge for freighter aircraft handling
- Should have knowledge of IATA rules and regulations
- Should have cargo operational and compliance experience
- Must have the ability to communicate technical information to non - technical audiences
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English language
