A. Job Objectives

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for improving the organisation’s online presence across all e-commerce platforms. You will drive growth for Al Rawabi’s restaurant brands on various online aggregators, as well as support omni-channel performance across E-commerce platforms and other verticals. The role requires platform coordination, performance optimization, and data-driven strategy execution aligned with evolving market conditions.

C. Key Responsibilities

E-commerce & Omni-Channel Optimization
- Develop actionable insights for all e-commerce and food delivery platforms using sales data, behavior patterns, and platform analytics.
- Monitor and control online listings, pricing, availability, and promotional campaigns for all rawabi retail as well as restaurant outlets.
- Ensure restaurant menus on digital platforms are updated in real time with high-quality images, correct modifiers, and best-seller tags.
- Coordinate loyalty campaign plans and promotional strategies with the marketing team to enhance customer retention and acquisition.
- Support existing online platform vendors with onboarding, campaign execution, and order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with procurement, operations, and restaurant staff to ensure product readiness, delivery, and customer experience benchmarks.
- Prepare and share weekly performance reports highlighting issues, order trends, item ratings, and customer feedback.
- Research and pursue partnership leads to onboard new delivery partners and wholesale buyers when necessary.
- Propose strategic growth initiatives aligned with Rawabi Group’s overall vision for scalable e-commerce revenue.
- Plan and execute weekly promotional campaigns on Tasweek, including category-level discounts, flash deals, and store-specific offers aligned with current outlet strategies.
- Analyze weekly order data, identify low-performing categories or vendors, and implement quick turnaround solutions in collaboration with outlet managers.
- Monitor real-time customer behavior and engagement metrics to fine-tune live campaigns and ensure optimal reach and conversion.
- Support the marketing team in driving customer reactivation by retargeting users with zero or low orders using customized promotions.
- Participate in outlet-level discussions to introduce hyperlocal campaigns or limited-stock promotions to attract footfall and encourage express delivery adoption.D. Key Skills & Knowledge

Level of Education
- Minimum: Bachelor’s in Business / Marketing / Hospitality
- Preferred: MBA with specialization in Marketing, Retail, or Digital Business

Experience & Skills
- At least 1-2 years experience in e-commerce platform management
- Knowledge of Talabat, Rafeeq, and aggregator platform dashboards
- Strong reporting, planning, and execution abilities
- Data-driven mindset with skills in Excel or dashboard tools
- Sound business acumen and problem-solving approach
- Ability to operate in fast-paced and multi-channel environments
- Effective communicator with high coordination and follow-up discipline
