**Your day-to-day**:
As An Accounts Receivable Supervisor, You Will Be a Critical Member Of The Hotel Finance Team By Performing The Following Tasks To The Highest Standard
- Ensure strong financial management and maintain robust controls for AR and Credit Control processes
- Monitor and enhance AP Function performance
- Provide timely, focused, value-added management reporting to assess the performance of the AP function and financial performance of the hotels and agreed upon action plans where necessary
- Actively and effectively manage DSO, Credit Limits, account queries, disputes, and Debt Collection
- Administer Credit processes and policies for other departments in the hotel and cluster
- Ensure the accuracy of all charges and credits to the various accounts and follow up on all overdue accounts
- Monitor and enhance AR Function performance
- Provide timely, focused, value-added management reporting to assess the performance of the AR function and financial performance of the hotels and agreed upon action plans where necessary
- Lead and develop a high-quality Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Team
- Maintain good communication and working relationships within Finance team and with all other colleagues What we need from you To successfully fill this role you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow an Accounts Receivable Supervisor serving a hotel you will be working on behalf of our guests and working with other team members.
- Relevant degree, in Finance/Accounting or related business discipline, from an academic institution
- Previous experience in a high volume credit control function in a hotel environment
- Effective negotiation skills
