Operations Manager - Commercial Kitchen Equipment Service

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our commercial kitchen equipment service division. You will lead a team of service engineers, ensure timely service delivery, manage client satisfaction, and support business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate service operations including installations, preventive maintenance, and breakdown repairs.
- Lead, manage, and schedule service engineers and technicians.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving client issues promptly.
- Monitor job completion, response times, and quality of service.
- Plan and execute AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) schedules.
- Maintain communication with clients, understand their needs, and follow up on feedback.
- Coordinate with spare parts and procurement team for timely availability of materials.
- Track service revenue, prepare reports, and support business development.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards at all sites.
- Train new team members and conduct performance reviews.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering/Operations/Management.
- 3-5 years of experience in service operations, preferably in kitchen equipment, HVAC, or facilities management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and service workflows.
- Experience with service tracking software or apps (e.g., IRIS, CRM, etc.).
- Valid driving license (preferred).
